Just a reminder...

Hey all!

So this post's really just a clarification of the intent of this blog...
The idea I had when I started this was to locate the newest and most interesting news, sites or products out there and suggest them to anyone who came across my blog.

A lot of the sites I've mentioned have offers on them but please note that I'm not selling anything myself on this blog. It's merely to let you know what's out there so you can decide what interests you! There's no harm in clicking on any of the links, I'm not getting paid per click and you don't pay anything to click!

Happy surfing & I hope you like this blog enough to come back or suggest it to a friend!

Car Conversion from Fuel to Electric

Hey guys,

This one's for the environmentally conscious, and/or anyone who's concerned about their monthly expenditure on fuel...!

Gas 2 Electric is an eBook written by a long time environmentalist-cum-car converter, George Christodoulou. He's worked out a step by step schematic guide about how to convert your car from gas to electricity and in the process bring down your gas bill to almost nil. He's done it to his car, and those of his children and has been associated with mechanics and scientists across the US.

Worth a look.

Sailing

So here's something about me that you wouldn't otherwise have known: I'm an avid sailor. I love it; it's my one serious sport.
I was first thrown onto a boat at the age of 4 and grew up competing.

That's where this post comes in. I found an eBook that the West Virginia Sailing Club uses as a training manual. It's called "Learn to Sail in One Hour" and it's a beginner's guide to Sailing 101, the idea being that before stepping onto a boat, by yourself or with friends, at least you'll have an idea of what the boat's all about.

Whether you're sailing tomorrow or just have a vague interest in the idea of sailing, personally, this is one I'd suggest. It's a fun sport, and a great hobby so do check it out.

Weight loss: Just THINK!

Hey!

This is one for the people out there with will power and a desire to shed some weight. I haven't tried this myself so if you're interested you can look into it, check out the details and make your mind up for yourself, but I thought it was interesting enough to post. It's undoubted that humans can achieve incredible things if they just put their minds to it and that's the gist of this program.

We've all heard about the "Power of the Mind" and "Mind over Matter" but check this out:

"Program Yourself Thin": What if you could drop 5, 10, 20 pounds permanently all on auto-pilot... no dieting, no pills, no deprivation.
Give it a look and rest assured, like a lot of other posts, there's a freebie! :) Weightloss Starter Kit free to download!

Self Defense

Hey everyone!

Ok this topic doesn't really fit the "sports" or "recreation" headline but I've included it because in today's day and age, EVERYONE should know how to defend themselves if attacked.

Terry Lyon, the author of the eBook "The 7 Most Effective Self Defense Techniques," is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Goju-Ryu Karate - one of the oldest and strongest of all the karate styles, well-known for its deadly and effective use of close range fighting techniques.
He is the highest ranking instructor of Goju-Ryu Karate in Australia, under the international TOGKA Chief Instructor Sensei Graham Ravey (6th Dan).
He has 30 years of continuous training and teaching experience in both effective self defense and martial arts.

This is the real deal and everyone should at least look into this!
