Turbulence Training


Hey people!

Ok so who's heard of Men's Health??! Yeah, everyone! For any women reading, this post isn't just for men though.

Craig Ballantyne's an expert with Men’s Health Magazine. He's authored an eBook called Turbulence Training with tips to lose fat while simultaneously gain muscle WITHOUT the hardcore cardio! He's a Certified "Strength Conditioning Specialist."

Personally, I'm all about max results with minimum work...I'm not sure it's my greatest asset, but I'd say that's what ambition's all about..
