Golf: Power Golf Program

Another post for the golfers out there looking to kick their buddies' butts...!

Mike Pedersen is a Golf Fitness Trainer and has written an eBook, Power Golf Fitness Program, after years of hardcore research.

Based on his premise that "The Secret To Lower Scores and Longer Drives Is All About Getting Your Body To Move Just A Little Better" his program emphasizes simple and easy to do exercises that markedly improve your game. The program emphasizes fitness, training and technique and is reportedly easy to get into and results seem encouraging.
